Joy illuminates from love

There is no need to search for it

For the undercurrent of love is always present within

Life force fuels my beating heart

Breath rejuvenates my body

Love lives within my soul

Joy is who I am

The direct path to joy is through wonder

The children of the world role model joy for us everyday

Be present to the child within you

Let go of your stories

Take off that baggage

See the world through the unfiltered eyes
